XP Pro IIS 5.1 is limited by default to 10 concurrent connections.
This can be increased to a maximum of 40 by:
C:\Inetpub\AdminScripts\adsutil set w3svc/MaxConnections 40

I have been doing software development in Asp.net, C#, Visual Studio, and SqlServer since 2006.
I do everything from designing and developing the UI to designing and setting up the SqlServer databases.
This blog was set up to have a handy place to remind me of solutions to problems I had. Sometimes I go back and edit a post as I learn more.
